- About Me:
- I am a 21-year-old in my second year at university. In my point of view, my life always has its difficulties and for the longest time, I've found strength and love within myself. I don't know who I am, or what I want.
- About my Loss:
- My brother had been struggling with mental illness for the last 10+ years of his life. He succumbed to it all on 18th March this year. he was the sweetest and purest soul, life had no reason to be so tough for him, he was nothing but nice, loving, and compassionate, he never let me feel alone and he would always keep me company with his small actions of love. He was my soulmate. On the night of his suicide, my parents hid it from me for about 4 days, he was in the ICU alone, and they denied me the chance to be there for him like he was for me. I don't know how to process this kind of pain, I cant seem to be able to talk about it and every time I think about it my heart breaks all over again. i still struggle with depression as he did, but I have always felt like I could help him if only we talked about it if only he wasn't villanized my whole life as the mad/sick boy who shouldn't be taken seriously
