About Me:
I am an older woman who has just lost her life partner of 30 years. I live in Florida, have 3 wonderful grandchildren, a great daughter and a wonderful son-in-heart. I also have two puppies and a cat.
About my Loss:
Joanne and I were together for30 years. The last five years of her life she spent in pain. She had just about any disease except cancer, that you could think of. She spent one year in a nursing home before I could bring her home to be with me. She was home a year before she left me. She was a double amputee as well as all the other illnesses she had. I had some help taking care of her but we spent every minute together.
She was my hero.

Grandma sewing room

So I am almost done with cleaning my grandmas sewing room that wasn’t touched in 10 years because of all the mess, but now that she passed away 2 days ago, I don’t know if I should continue, I wanna finish what I started but I don’t know what to do, my grandpa is still alive and I don’t want to leave this burden on him.See More
