About Me:
I am a 45 year old woman. My sister Kim died from an accidental prescription drug overdose. Not that it matters that it was prescription because I know she had issues with her prescription meds, she knew it too. She had me lock up her lortab and Xanax in December-she passed away 12-13-16- because she was tired of withdrawals every month when she took them all in the first week. She died from an overdose of ambien. I didn't even know she was on ambien. I just miss her so much and I am mad. How could she die from ambien. Of all the arguments we had about her use of narcotics and benzo's and then she dies from ambien. I mad, I sad. I also feel numb to a certain degree. Like I can't feel anything or I will just go nuts. How do I keep going when she isn't here with me. She was a part of my everyday.
