About Me:
I am a 68-yaer-old widow. I work three days a week 6 hours a day. I have two daughters and two grandchildren. I use to be a fairly happy person. I loved life and was contented with the way my life had gone. My husband has been gone for over 10 years but I have always had the support of my family, especially my sister.
About my Loss:
During the year of 2013, my step-son died Jan 1. Then I lost a friend in Feb, a nephew in March, a cousin in April. After battling Alhziember's for a couple of years my 96-year-old mother died in May. My sister and I had been especially close all thru our years. We are what was called "Irish Twins". We were less that ll months apart, and had been very close our whole lives. She found out on August 26 that she had pancreatic cancer. She was gone by October 19. I just can seem to get over her death. I can't move on, and get out again. I cry every day, I miss her so much. She was there for me when my husband died, and we were supporting each other thru our Mother's illness and death. I just feel like there in no one anymore.

My Fathers Loss

Many years ago, I lost my father after his battle with colon cancer that later spread to his bones. The grief stayed with me longer than I expected. Ambrosia Behavioral Health helped me work through that loss, understand my emotions, and find healthier ways to cope and move forward. https://www.ambrosiatc.comSee More
