About Me:
I am 69 years old in 2 weeks. A singing teacher. Many close friends. A grandmother of 2 beautiful girls aged 14 and 16 and stepson of 7 years.
About my Loss:
Lost my darling husband after 47 years of marriage and 50 years together. He died from mesothelioma asbestosis poisoning 2 years ago last April. My heart aches with pain. However, after having depression and on medication I have suddenly found a reason to live again. I never thought it possible. I have met a man who is interested in me. My doctor said I am now starting to live again and is very happy. As with your other readers I too have not wanted to be here and wanted to die every day. But am amazed at what this new relationship has done for me. At last I am feeling happier. I had lost the will to go on and every day was one foot in front of the other. I have 3 beautiful dogs who have helped me keep going.

Grandma sewing room
