About Me:
Im female 49 years old live in Sheffield South Yorkshire UK. I'm married and have 2 sons from my first marriage. I was fostered from the age of 3 weeks old never knew my parents. I work as a home carer. I have 2 dogs and a cat. I've always craved a normal family life as i feel i have to fill this void. Id like to associate with people in a similar situation to me.
About my Loss:
I was fostered at 3 weeks old as my mum didnt want me and i never knew my father. My foster mum Flo brought me up for almost 20 yrs, she died 22 yrs ago :( (i miss her terribly) she was the one i classed as my mum she did everything she could for me. I chose never to contact my biological mum, Flo was the one that was there for me all the time. I have a big void in my life which worsens every year. I have no brothers or sisters aunts or uncles just my sons that im eternally grateful for. Alot of the time i feel very lonely i'd like to have a mum dad brother sister figure in my life to do family things with

Grandma sewing room

So I am almost done with cleaning my grandmas sewing room that wasn’t touched in 10 years because of all the mess, but now that she passed away 2 days ago, I don’t know if I should continue, I wanna finish what I started but I don’t know what to do, my grandpa is still alive and I don’t want to leave this burden on him.See More
