So alone

It's nine weeks today but doesn't feel that long it still feels so raw. It's my birthday but without him it means nothing. So many birthday wishes sent to me but the only one that would mean the world to me is missing this year. I have never felt so empty and alone what is there to look forward to, at the minute there seems to be nothing.

HI Debra, I'm so sorry for your loss. I know exactly how you feel. I lost the love of my life nine weeks ago today. He was only 53 years old. it was listed as natural causes (what ever that means???) I miss him so very much!! There are times when I feel OK, and I think I'll get though this, I'll be OK, and then something hits me and my heart's being ripped out all over again!!! and my mind is all over the place. It's a terrible terrible thing to go through.  You can never ever imagine the feeling unless you've gone through it.
