About my Loss:
On October 5, 2014 I lost my sister. I wasn't home when it happened. I went to her funeral and it killed me to see her. The last memory I had with her was me home for a home visit and she hugged me and told me she loved me. I know what people say that she was tired and let go but I believe she was murdered. Then, on December 31, 2014 I lost my mom to suicide. I didn't know what was going on or what even started it. She left me and my younger brother. She was my only parent. I didn't go to her funeral because it literally killed me when I went to see her body. You could tell what she did. It hurt me. I starved myself, wouldnt sleep. I wasn't on earth. I was like a zombie.

My Fathers Loss

Many years ago, I lost my father after his battle with colon cancer that later spread to his bones. The grief stayed with me longer than I expected. Ambrosia Behavioral Health helped me work through that loss, understand my emotions, and find healthier ways to cope and move forward. https://www.ambrosiatc.comSee More
