About Me:
I have 6 children, 3 grandchildren.

I am a "young at heart" 61 yr old man who loves to play pranks on others, loves music of all kinds, and travels around the USA and overseas as a public speaker in the field of food and health. I have been married to Cynthia for 29 years.
About my Loss:
In 2004 my beautiful 18 yr old son Ira died as a result of injuries he suffered from a fall over three flights of stairs.
He was with me and my wife in Vermont. The saying "it gets better over time," has not proven to be true for me. It has gotten worse, and sometimes I don't know what to do. I can't talk about it to others. If they haven't been through it, they just can't understand.
