About my Loss:
I lost my husband by sudden cardiac arrest. I feel like everything has been ripped out of me and then a bus has run over me 11 times. I never realized this type of grief existed, he was my soulmate and need to catch my breath so I can sleep, get out of bed and work again.

Dana, You've said it all.....None of us ever realized this type of grief existed.  There are many analogies and your one of the bus is another that describes how painful this is.  This is a place where what you say will be fully understood......take care the best you can.  You don't know us but we are your friend.....hugs.....

My Fathers Loss

Many years ago, I lost my father after his battle with colon cancer that later spread to his bones. The grief stayed with me longer than I expected. Ambrosia Behavioral Health helped me work through that loss, understand my emotions, and find healthier ways to cope and move forward. https://www.ambrosiatc.comSee More
