- About Me:
- I am the only child of a loving, kind and amazing woman who was tragically taken from this world, a victim of homicide. I lost not only my mom but my best friend and a large part of myself. As time goes on it really does not become easier, different but not easier. I still find it hard to believe my mother was murdered and is gone.
- About my Loss:
- My mother disappeared on the evening of Dec. 4, 2007. After over 3 months of searching she was found by a surveyor in a rural area of West Michigan. The cause of her death was "homicide", that is almost all that I know. Even after all this time I do not know what happened to my mom that evening. She had no reason to leave home, there was no obvious break in, and to my knowledge no real suspects for her murder. Yet my mom, her car and purse were missing and not found til later. I'm still left with mostly unanswered questions.

Hi everyone I’m new here and honestly never thought I’d need a space like this, but here I am.
