I am a 62-year-old professional writer and editor.
About my Loss:
I lost my mate of 31 years to a particular vicious form of melanoma cancer. Although it's been five years since his death, I still feel the burden of immense grief. Still, I have gained some perspective on my loss and feel I might have some insights to share with those whose losses are more recent and more acutely painful.
