About Me:
Married, Mother of four children.
About my Loss:
I desperately seeking advice on helping a dear friend cope with the loss of her only child, a son, aged 22yrs. Feel useless and almost unable to speak as I know her grief is bottomless, her reason for living has gone and everything around her is a cruel reminder of all she has lost. I am terrified of being unintentionally insensitive but taking every word from my mouth and examining it is stultifying and I just need advice on what to say/what not to say and how to help her.
