About my Loss:
My Twin Katherine was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer on 8/14/11 and died on 08/26/11 .. I am drowning I'n a sea of sadness and everyday I pray I won't wake up and I do. I don't know how to go on I'n this life without my best friend. No one understands what she meant to me or the depth of my despair. My mom died 5 years ago and my dad is gone to. I am all alone now
