About Me:
36 years old. Work full time. Suffer from anxiety and depression. Feel alone alot and like I don't know where I belong.
About my Loss:
My father passed away this past May 8th 2014 from a long 4 yearbattle with cancer. I have pushed feelings as ide since then and now they are catching up to me. I worry all the time and have anxiety attacks. I dont know how to cope with the loss any more and feel lost without my dad here. I don't even want to go into work any more. I need help and advise on how to move forward
