About my Loss:
My mom passed away November 2010. It is the most devastating thing that has ever happened in my life. I lived far away from her, but spoke to her nearly everyday. We have always been so close. She was my best friend other than my husband. She suffered from heart disease for many years. She was not feeling well in the weeks leading up to her passing, but my family and I did not realize the severity this last time. Her death was shocking and unexpected at the age of 66.
