- About my Loss:
- My son, Derrick 28, died from a blood clot that went to his lungs. He went to a clinic on June 1, 2011 with pain, swelling, hot and red calve. The nurse practitioner gave him antibiotics and pain meds. On June 6th he promised me he'd go to the hospital ER in the morning. June 7th he died.
