About Me:
I'm 39 years old, unemployed and completely lost.
About my Loss:
My mother died after a long struggle with cancer, sarcoidosis, and dementia. I mourned her long before she was gone and her death was blessing. However, two weeks later my father died of broken heart syndrome. I was an 'orphan' before I knew it. I had to quit my high paying job to take care of my parents, been living with them for years and suddenly they're gone. The house I've been living in is gone. My life has been turned completely upside down and I almost feel betrayed by my father for taking the easy way out. We were supposed to get an apartment, I'd get a life and we would work on getting him healthy. Now, I'm lost and can barely function, let alone hold down a job, my mind just can't focus on anything.
