- About Me:
- I recently lost my husband of 11 years. I have three children who were his step children, but closer to him than his own. I am currently trying to cope with his loss and moving on with life without him being there to laugh with, love, argue, the whole array of a wonderful, wonderful relationship.
- About my Loss:
- Robin was 54. He was at Emory University Hospital going through evaluation for a transplant. He had passed all the tests which made him well enough to go through the transplant. Unexpectedly, his spleen ruptured. It took me two hours to get the nurse practitioner to get a doctor to help him after his bp plummeted. I am angry about this and always will be.
