Profile Information

About Me:
I am 60 years old. Recently retired.
About my Loss:
I lost my husband almost 8 years ago. He died on September 19, 2009. His name was Kenny and he died of Multiple Myeloma. It was 7 months from when we knew he was sick until he died. He fought hard. I think about him almost every day. I miss him. I have done a good job of living life, and have been on dating sites. No man I see lives up to my standards.
Mostly I'm on here because I was a member of an online group like this. I received great comfort and support and want to give back what I have been given.

My Fathers Loss

Many years ago, I lost my father after his battle with colon cancer that later spread to his bones. The grief stayed with me longer than I expected. Ambrosia Behavioral Health helped me work through that loss, understand my emotions, and find healthier ways to cope and move forward. https://www.ambrosiatc.comSee More
