About Me:
I am thirty one years old.
About my Loss:
I lost my sister years ago to an automobile accident. My sisters and I were raised in a single parent home and after my sister's death, my mother returned to work and I was left to raise my younger sister. The accident was so sudden and everyone life returned to normal but ours. I don't think we ever addressed our hurt feelings because either our mother did not know how to or it was easier to not talk about.

You have to grieve because this kind of pain will kill you. I lost my brother recently to cancer and I tell you the truth. The way I feel I don't think that life will ever be normal for me again.

My Fathers Loss

Many years ago, I lost my father after his battle with colon cancer that later spread to his bones. The grief stayed with me longer than I expected. Ambrosia Behavioral Health helped me work through that loss, understand my emotions, and find healthier ways to cope and move forward. https://www.ambrosiatc.comSee More
