About Me:
I'm 22 years old and suffering from alot of anxiety with losing my Uncle. The experience from losing him has changed my life completely and I find myself worried every day of losing someone else I am close with or dying young. I just want to be normal again. But I can't see it happening..
About my Loss:
My Uncle passed away at the age of 41 years old unexpectedly all from a blood clot he recieved from surgery in repairing his broken leg that he busted on ice about 2 mons ago. I was very close with him..Along with losing him..the impact it has made on my family hurts alot also.

Does anyone else feel pressure to always reply because you're afraid it'll be the last conversation?

Hi everyone. This is my first post here.I lost my brother in December 2024 to an accidental overdose. He passed away suddenly in his sleep.
