About Me:
I am the type of person that helps everyone else on a daily basis. Nothing gives me more joy than to spread a smile or hugs or laughs.
About my Loss:
I lost my paternal grandmother in May 1996, then my mom in July 1996. These losses actually were the catalyst that pushed me to return to my love for medicine. I took my MCAT in August and on the advice of a dear friend, I was off to the first school with rolling admissions. After my second year, I lost my brother (June 1998) in a tragic car accident when his wife was seven months pregnant and their daughter was less than a year old. My paternal aunt was next in May 1999 and my dad soon followed in May 2000. His brother died the next year. I found peace with my little cocker spaniel as my husband's answer for grief was to "move on." She was my confidance and main source of comfort until I lost her last year.

Grandma sewing room

So I am almost done with cleaning my grandmas sewing room that wasn’t touched in 10 years because of all the mess, but now that she passed away 2 days ago, I don’t know if I should continue, I wanna finish what I started but I don’t know what to do, my grandpa is still alive and I don’t want to leave this burden on him.See More
