About Me:
I am a mom and a wife. I love my family. I work hard and love harder.
About my Loss:
My sister disappeared 21 years ago. My parents claim she ran away. They didn't report her missing for almost 2 years. The reported her once I ran away and told the truth. My stepdad forced me to write letters and fake a phone call. The letters were supposed to be from my sister. But I wrote them. After I blew the top off of their lie, the police talked with them. (Finally) It went nowhere. I went on a national televised platform and accused them of murder. My parents being in the military went to their commander and put in for a transfer to Germany. They stayed there for almost 10 years. During that time I married and started a life. I started to feel badly about accusing them of murder if I had no real proof besides all of the circumstantial evidence surrounding her disappearance. I called my parents and apologized. I don't know if I did this because I didn't want to believe it or because I didn't have proof. I worked on a relationship with them for 10 years. They never talked about her except to talk about what a horrible kid she was. They have NEVER looked for her. They will not work with the police. Then this summer my brother dropped a bombshell and told me he saw our sister dead in her room. He told me that he packed her things under the direction of our stepdad. We have gone to the police but it isn't enough. They need to find my sister in order to do anything they said. I think they made sure we would never find her. We all suffered torture and abuse at the hands of our parents. My step dad loved to strangle us. I believe this is how my beloved sister died. She was my only sister. I miss her and I want justice for her. I am a shell.
