About my Loss:
On August 16, 2005, I lost my father to stage 4 RCC (otherwise known as Renal Cell Carcinoma). Just three days shy of his 55th birthday on the 19th of August and one day after my brother's 25th birthday. Diagnosed Feb. 26th, 2005 and died that Summer. It still is hard to comprehend. I felt so alone and I still feel alone sometimes because nobody will ever be able
to understand what he meant to me and his mannerisms that still cycle through my 26 year old brain. How he used to be silly, bloating out his stomach, pretending to be pregnant, attacking my mother when he got home from work with kisses and love, hugging so tight that I thought I would lose all my breath, how he would tell of the mean people to their faces, how he encouraged me to "Work hard and then Reward myself later", How he believe in God but was private and reserved about it, How he told me to listen to music and spend time with family rather than do homework, How he was a perfectionist (just like me!), How I could put his hair in small pigtails and clips yet he would put up with it, How loving he was to everyone he met! I Love You, Daddy!

Grandma sewing room

So I am almost done with cleaning my grandmas sewing room that wasn’t touched in 10 years because of all the mess, but now that she passed away 2 days ago, I don’t know if I should continue, I wanna finish what I started but I don’t know what to do, my grandpa is still alive and I don’t want to leave this burden on him.See More
