So sorry to hear about your husband. (I know you've heard that a thousand times by now). My husband died unexpectedly too, last september. Only comfort I have now is Jesus. He promises (in His Word)to be my Husband (Isaiah 54:5)
It is still lonely. I miss joe's loving voice more everyday. Never realized how wonderful a mate he was....always loving and caring. Many people have said, "I only met Joe ONE TIME , but i remember his love and encouragement to me." My only regret that I didn't tell him everyday how much I loved him. Like the country song says, "if i don't wake up in the morning will she know how much I loved her ." I would encourage everyone to tell loved ones that u love them, while u still can. I know it's difficult, but I find that I feel better when I can say, "Joe would lIke what u are saying about..." Try to encourage with kind words and compassion. It helps me to think about others instead of myself!. Very Comforting.
