About Me:
I live in Northern California and work for a renewable energy company. I am spiritual but not religious.
About my Loss:
I lost my mother suddenly at the end of August, 2013. She had gone back to her house in France to get it remodeled to rent out and fell into a depression and was refusing to answer her phone. I had asked a friend to go be at her house to answer the phone so that I could speak to her. The friend found my mother dead. She had hemorrhaged out from potentially a burst gallbladder. I hadn't spoken to her in a couple of weeks. I am so devastated that I don't know how to move on with my life. I am living life as before but with always this extreme sadness and grief just beneath the surface. I still can't believe that she is gone. We were extremely close and though w had difficult times together, I miss her dearly.
