Hi Pam, I don't get on this site very much (so Im not sure how it all works), I just sent you a request to be your friend. I just wanted to tell you that my son Hunter's (16) "friends" carried him out of a party and took him to his dad's house were he later died. There is so many unanswered questions and anger and pain. I just wanted you to know that although I don't have grandchildren, I do know what you are going through, it is such a shock that there are still times after 4 months that I think someone has got to be playing a huge cruel joke on me. You and your beautiful grandchildren are in my prayers.

hi pam, i lost my son ina car accident in sept alom=ng with a frien. it is a really bad thing ifound out the next day, i will keep you in my prayers, i dont know when you will get better i am a total mess he was my best friend, and imiss him so bad paula

hello pam, just saw yr message. i am so sorry for the loss of yr beloved daughter. i lost my husband in october 2009 and am devastated. the pain will never never go away... but yes.. God is taking care of them !!!. may their souls rest in peace. u take care and b strong .. teresa

Traumatic loss of an only child
I started this group so that people who have lost their only child or the only child that remained, as in my case, could come together because I believe people that did have a child or children who now have none have special issues.
