My 38 y/o son died in a motorcycle accident June 10, 2013. He did everything right wore his helmet, drove off side of the middle of the lane, tried to jump off his bike when he knew there was a problem. He still died. It was his time and he left quickly. Praise God!

My son was driving his motorcycle late at night after partying with his 24 y/o sister (my daughter). He was 2 miles/ 5 minutes from her going home on a dark, misty and slightly foggy road. He was driving on the left side of the lane and hit a curb, flying into the air and just caught another curb which bent his frame. The front wheel locked up, but still he hung on. As he was trying to jump off, the bike leaned to the side slightly and the frame caught the curb slightly and for a split second stopped the bike and he was thrown, immediately killing him. I thank the Lord that he took him instead of leaving him paralyzed from his broken neck for years to come. Our lives are ours to live as we choose, but the end is the Lords. I believe he took him as his work was done on this earth. It gives me comfort. I will always miss him.
