Afternoon Tim:  I have meltdowns all over the place. Don't feel bad about them, they are going to happen, or at least that is what people tell me.  I do know there is no fixing it, it's moving through it.  I am a fixer and it is driving me crazy that I couldn't fix Mom and I certainly can't fix this grief.  So I guess we have to move through it, kind of like moving through Jello for me right now. Just so you know, you can't stuff anything into your heart to stop what is going on...you have to be gentle with it, and let it do what it needs to do to get you through this.

  I hope your Christmas evening went well...that you spent some time with your kids and let them know how you are feeling.

  I am praying for you as well Tim, and you have me to vent to if you want...I am better at helping others than I am at helping myself right now. :)
