A short and un-emotional back study,,, I lost my sister to cancer when she was 23 and I was 21. we were close.. this is 30 years ago... I sometimes question the way I cope/live with it now.. Every few years I seem to have a mini breakdown as if my grief was still fresh. Although sad and painful at the time, after the event (and even during) this feels therapeutic and healthy, it keeps a part of her alive and fresh within me and is to be expected.

I wanted to see if other people experience the same thing? Does the pain sometimes seem like it will never go away? Merely the gaps between get bigger?

Other people I know who have lost siblings tell me me he never really thinks about it.. Obviously different strokes for different folks but I'd love to know other peoples experiences?

Thanks All

Jon
