I can only speak from my own certainty, my personal experiences, even though are millions of other shared stories,

We never die, we only transform, you can learn how to connect and have an Invisible Relationship, it will never be like the when their earth bodies were alive on earth, however it is comforting, insightful, and empowering. Your thoughts either open up the door for this new relationship or they shut the door. Trust me, grief is a time of researching everything we ever thought, did, or believed. Grief is a wake up call. May you know I send you love, and support you on your journey

Coach Louise Rouse

Think of your daughter as a gift from God that he lent to you for a time. You will always love her and miss her. Be good to yourself and take care of yourself.
