I lost my mom 5-17-15, she was 89 years old.  I am 65 and age doesn't really matter, the pain is there.  As a memorial to my mom, I have invited those that were very close to her to come to her house and take something of hers as a remembrance.  They have been so appreciative and gives me a chance to talk about mom with them again.  It has warmed my heart knowing that someone will be looking at what once belonged to her and remembering her.

Losing my mom has left me with an empty feeling.  I do whatever it takes to keep in touch with her.....light candles, wear her cozy robe, talk to her too.  It has been very comforting for me to talk about my mom to others.

For everyone that has lost their mom, my heartfelt thoughts are with you.
