What, where, why and how

My dearest absolute bestfriend, co-worker, lover, cheerleader, coach, governess, caretaker, caregiver, princess, adoring proud beautiful healthy, soulmate,..my wife. Suddenly, unexpectedly and undetermined cause past away softly sleeping in the bed we made in our nest January 28th. 2017. I so ever much missing her. Her 58th birthday is Saturday, as I will celebrate with her eldest son whom also shared the same birthday 23 years after his wonderful mothers birthday. I am horribly selfishly miserable and have yet to believe "it will better". I don't think even "okay" is possible or something like that.

So lost. . .

Jerry, so sorry for you.  You are right, "okay"  seems impossible.   Take time to grieve.   It is a long, difficult process.  We are here to help you.

You are still in the very early stages of grief, and your need to take care of yourself. Losing your loved one is probably the worst thing that can happen in life. I wish you some peace since I know grief is a very long road to travel.
