It takes time getting back to life. I am not back to work yet. Maybe this fall. Glad you found something that helps you. One day at a time. May God Bless you Cristal.

Hi Crystal

  I found going back to work (due to needing to support my family) possibly saved me a little from falling to much into my grief.

It was also very good for me to be around normal adults, as i don't have much family near by, and i don't get out much socially.

I didn't find that i am little foggy due to exhaustion and possibly grief .

I wish you the very best and hope that your employer and co-workmates are kind and understanding.'
