I am getting ready to return to work for the first time since the death of John. I know I have to go on living for now. I have reflected on my spiritual beliefs. I have to believe that John is indeed still alive but in a different way than I am. I found a site called Soul Proof. A lot of material I found there was in line with my concept of God and spirituality. It has brought me comfort.

It takes time getting back to life. I am not back to work yet. Maybe this fall. Glad you found something that helps you. One day at a time. May God Bless you Cristal.

Thank you.

Hi Crystal

I found going back to work (due to needing to support my family) possibly saved me a little from falling to much into my grief.

It was also very good for me to be around normal adults, as i don't have much family near by, and i don't get out much socially.

I didn't find that i am little foggy due to exhaustion and possibly grief .

I wish you the very best and hope that your employer and co-workmates are kind and understanding.'

regards Monty

We were only a year and a half apart in age, and he was the closest person I've ever had.One thing I've been struggling with ever since is that I feel an overwhelming pressure to reply to texts and answer calls as soon as I can. If someone messages me and I don't respond right away, my mind starts thinking, "What if something happens to them before I reply?…See More
