Evenings are the worst...

Evenings are the worst. ?. Tonight I felt a little sick straight after my dinner, and there was nothing wrong with my dinner, a microwave job with a hamburger on top, it went straight through me, then my legs started feeling a little weak and giddy.  I cant believe this is all part of grief ?, particularly 17 months into grief....?
