So, I've lost both parents in the last 10 months.  Just lost my mom (both unexptected) in the last month.  IN addition, both my brothers have brain injuries, so I'm the primary caregiver at this point in the family.  So, getting used to lots of new roles, in addition to the grief.  Wasn't over missing dad, when unexpectedly Mom died, following a scheduled surgery.

Does anyone have any tips on dealing with the grief, if you do not have a supportive spouse?  (or if the spouse hasn't figured out how to be supportive despite your direction)?  I think I can make it through, but don't even know where to start?  So much to do, and I know there's a lot of up and down (grief coming in waves), but how best to handle it, if I'm on my own, for the most part?
