Truth hurts

So my sister had written to the nursing home dad was in asking for clarification of what happened In the days leading up to dad's death. Not to blame anyone but he went so suddenly from well to dying that we wanted to know what happened.

She got a letter back today. It was very thorough. It was heartbreaking listening to a run down of the last few days of his life in such detail.

I'm completely heartbroken

Does anyone else feel pressure to always reply because you're afraid it'll be the last conversation?

Hi everyone. This is my first post here.I lost my brother in December 2024 to an accidental overdose. He passed away suddenly in his sleep.
