I'm sorry I'm not more help here. I am a "helper" by nature. Hopefully some day I'll be able to help here. A lot of days I can't even bring myself to read this site. It's been 7 months and sometimes it feels like it was yesterday. Hugs to all of you.

Hi Marie, the fact that you are a helper by nature, means you probably feel our pain more intensely than others, so I salute you for posting! These forums are not easy to read or reply to. I have to be "ready" to hurt when I come here. But it's something all of us are going through. I'm just so glad you all are here. I've been going to F2F grief support groups here in town, but there is just something missing. Either by the time everyone introduces themselves and tells their "story," the time is up, or the entire hour was spent bitching about Social Security or the Hospice system. Not that I would want to deny anyone from speaking what is on their mind (I expect the same), but I sometimes leave the meeting feeling as lonely and empty as when I arrived. Here on this website I may choose the Group(s) that I best identify with, and your comment was very helpful to me. It says you're HANGIN' IN THERE! :)

i feal the same

Hugs to you Marie.  I think we can all use as many hugs as we can get.  And you are helping just by being here for us to talk to.
