Grieving a difficult/complex relationship

Grieving is hard enough. When the relationship with the deceased was difficult or complicated, it can be even harder, and involve additional emotions & concerns

I started this group because my Mum just died and we had a very difficult relationship.

I wanted somewhere that it felt OK to discuss the confusing and contradictory emotions in this situation.

Yes I am sad, very sad. I am also relieved, angry, numb, confused, guilty, even more relieved, and lots more I can't even name right now
