Please Join me in Celebrating the memory of our loved ones

My Dear Ones who share this site for support, I have a idea for us. The Day Of The Dead is Nov 1st. I am calling all of us to focus on what they [ our loved ones] taught us, or what fun memories we have, what did like ? [ music, food, hobbies, values....] make a poster and take a photo to show us, write a poem, paint a picture, show us old photos, tell us a story, and post them all right here for us all to see. Get your creative juices flowing, as they are a great remedy for grief relief. I look forward to learning more about your loved one, With many blessings, Coach Louise Rouse www.americasgriefcoach.com

I thank you for this suggestion. I am so stuck in the middle of this GRIEF/Depression. In the long ago past I lost a sister, years later my Father and seven years ago my Mother but NOTHING hurts so intensely as losing the love of my life . He was my mate, best friend, lover, someone who loved me unconditionally and took me to places in my heart that I never knew existed. He brought me into the world of music on a new level...he played classical piano and so much more. He showed me how to look at things with new eyes, color, design...he was an Interior Designer/ Furniture Sales person. He taught me to love culture on a new level. He took me to the heights of Hot Air Ballooning todepths of rich blue water beaches and sand. The adventures and journeys we traveled were endless and just beginning. The gift of his heart and my heart beat simultaneous with laughter and love. Those memories will never be squelched like our life has. I love and miss Doug so much I feel like I am dying sometimes. Here are a couple of pictures I had for his memorial service to share who he was. HUGS and Kisses to you my love. Ellen
Thank you for sharing, I can see his joy, and humor. The best gift you can give him now is to carry his joy and humor forward though you. Hugs, Coach Louise Rouse

Sometimes seeing grief on screen helps when it’s hard to explain what’s going on inside. The problem is that many “grief movie lists” online feel very surface-level or overly dramatic,…See More
