my brother

on july 24 we recieved a call from the coroner on my brother's cell phone asking my mother to identify him. we had no idea he was dead , infact my sister thought it was him calling us. our whole world changed and we have not been the same.we do not know how he died,nor would they let us see him because according to the montgomery county coroner they had no public viewing.In fact we did not nowr were sure who we had until the funeral home went and got him.everyone is going through different stages of grief.it is so hard. what we believe is someone spiked something he ingested and then let him die.

Anita, I feel so sorry for heard about your loss. Young age death is very painful for parents and whole family members. I know its hard to deal with this grief. I understand your feelings. Its terrible loss for you. But death is the law of nature and we are nothing against God's power. He is always with you in your soul.

I am so sorry for you and your family. I lost my son who was 35 on Thanksgiving Day and went through the same thing with the coroner not letting us see Jeremy until the funeral home picked him up on the third day. You are in shock and disbelief because you do not get to see them...something is very wrong with this picture and should be changed for grieving families. I still have not gotten the results from his autopsy but we believe it was from heroin. I find peace in the fact that he just went to sleep and did not suffer.
I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers plus this site has helped me so much because most people do not want to talk about my loss because they think it will only upset me. It helps me so much to talk to you and many others on this site...I think it helps with the grieving.
