I miss my fiance so much. He passed on April 27 2012.  I have lately been experience feeling of just feeling sick with grief. I miss him so much I start to feel naucious and empty feeling in my gut and I feel week and fatigue and like I just don't want to get out of bed.

I want to know is this normal for grief and does anyone else feel this way?

Hi Stacey,

I am sorry about your loss.

Well putting those big girl pants, is hard when you can get both the legs in.

I have been in therapy and I have found it to be helpful. Great idea that you are considering it.   in the meantime at least there is this site.  This site can be very therapeutic :)

If someone messages me and I don't respond right away, my mind starts thinking, "What if something happens to them before I reply?…See More
