How do you move on after your mum, your entire life Iis gone?
I lost my mum very suddenly 3 months ago. I'm only 18 and Its like my entire life has changed do much I don't recognise myself anymore. I don't have any motivation in life and all I want is for my mum to be back. I cant ever see any light at the end of the tunnel. Like how are you meant to just carry on after something so big happens?
