How do I get my zest back for living?

I just don't care about my goals and dreams anymore because Randy waS a part of those goals and all of my dreams.  I just don't have the momtivation or the get up and go like I used to.  I'm so sad all the time, especially this month.  Maybe next month will be easier.

Deborah,  Seek out friends and family that will offer you support.  Strike up a conversation with one of our members.  The way you are feeling is very common.  I've experienced it myself.

Grandma sewing room
