Belinda, don't let anyone call you crazy...your are grieving and those who have not experienced it have no clue.  I'm a full time student studying Alcohol and Drug counseling.  18 years since I had a drink.  have you thought of going to alanon for children of alcoholics?  it really helps you understand where your mom was coming from.  It is a disease and one that is very strong.  You are right, none of us will ever be the same.  Just keep taking it day by day and you will grow into a stronger woman.

My friend Tyler didn't exactly die to drugs, but his death was kind of drug related. He lost his life to the "choking game." I guess it was a way for him to get "high," since he no longer had drugs.. And he had gotten into that situation by getting mixed up with the wrong crowd and doing drugs.
And I totally agree with Deborah; don't let anyone say that you are crazy. You are grieving the loss of your sister and your mother. Anyone who calls you crazy just doesn't understand. God bless.

Sometimes seeing grief on screen helps when it’s hard to explain what’s going on inside. The problem is that many “grief movie lists” online feel very surface-level or overly dramatic,…See More
