Has anyone had grief counseling? I'm very frustrated cuz it's making me worse after a year.

Thank you Rainey. I am sorry about your loss too. I met someone who told me that she lost her husband in 1998 and she was still having a difficult time to heal. So the phrase "time will heal" may not be effective lol. She advised me to deal with my emotion first before making a plan for my future. So I am going to take a step back, and am trying to compromise with myself before I create a hope. Sounds easy eh?

Grandma sewing room
