Hi there, I am writing for some thoughts from all of you. I loaf my Mum from cancer in November. I am experiencing extreme moldboard and irritability over the smallest things and am unable to control snappiness and annoyance especially toward  husband and daughter. I barely like myself and the person I have
Changed into. Has anyone else experienced this and what do I do about it. It is making me and my family miserable. Any advice would be great

I think you are angry at losing your mother. Do you feel depressed or other symptoms? Perhaps you should go to your doctor maybe you need something or need to talk it our. When you are irritable do you apologize...maybe if you sit down and explain what's going on to them they will understand where you are coming from but in the end you need to find out why it's making you angry and maybe just being aware of it is a first start. Look for help too if you think it's getting out of hand.. Hope this helps and so sorry for your loss.

Grandma sewing room

So I am almost done with cleaning my grandmas sewing room that wasn’t touched in 10 years because of all the mess, but now that she passed away 2 days ago, I don’t know if I should continue, I wanna finish what I started but I don’t know what to do, my grandpa is still alive and I don’t want to leave this burden on him.See More
