My husband was always in charge of our vehicle's maintanence. I can say and ashame to admit that I only know how to pump gas and that is it. My husband was always the one do all of the vehilce check ups, etc.

Today was just another breaking point for me. My mother, son, and myself were driving back home from buying groceries, when smoke started coming out all over, temp raising and a strong burning smell. I felt so helples, and in danger. A thousand things came to my mind all at once and in a matter of seconds (the car starting on fire, my son there withe me; oh my i was scared) I did not know what to do.  I was in the middle of the road and with no help or anyone, or most of all MY HUSBAND TO CALL FOR HELP.  At the precise moment, I AGAIN, realize so badly, BREAKING POINT, that I no longer have him here with me.

Luckily, I was able to have my mother call her brother out for help. We were close by to home. So, he came to help me out and figuere out what was wrong. Apparently, there was not water left and it heated up. I am suppose to now check the water, learn how to check the oil, etc. Things I do not know how to handle nor did I imagine I would do. My husband did all of that not me. And he is not here to do them anymore.

Sorry cant finish anymore. I am crying out.

Ambrosia Behavioral Health helped me work through that loss, understand my emotions, and find healthier ways to cope and move forward. https://www.ambrosiatc.comSee More

Traumatic loss of an only child

I started this group so that people who have lost their only child or the only child that remained, as in my case, could come together because I believe people that did have a child or children who now have none have special issues.

Her doctor got her hooked on pain medication and she was addicted most of my life. These doctors who were suppose to help her ended up killing her in the end. I also…See More
